How these three would do in Florida
Eight or nine months of heat with humidity behind it, which is the combination this breed handles worst of any in the country. It is entirely doable, and it means genuinely accepting an air-conditioned dog rather than intending to.
Vaiko, grey, natural ears. In Florida, grey is diluted black, so the coat runs slightly cooler than solid black, but skin under a diluted coat is the one that can burn if the coat ever thins. A hanging ear holds moisture against the canal, so a weekly look and a dry cloth after a bath is the whole routine.
Ronnie, fawn brindle, natural ears. In Florida, a fawn base reflects more than the dark coats do, which makes her the easiest of this litter to manage in real heat. Natural ears hang, so check them weekly and dry them properly after any swimming. Damp air is where ear trouble starts.
Koa, dark brindle, cropped ears. In Florida, a dark brindle sits close to black for heat absorption, so treat him the way you would treat a black dog. Cropped ears stand, so the canal ventilates, which is a real advantage where the air stays damp.

Florida has preempted breed-specific local ordinances since 1990, so your city cannot ban the breed. The condo and HOA layer is a different matter: deed restrictions on weight are common along the coast and a Corso clears every one of them. Those are private rules and the state preemption does not touch them.
Hurricane season is the other one. A hundred-pound dog is much harder to evacuate than a small one, and a crate-trained dog that loads without a fight is the difference between leaving in ten minutes and leaving in forty.
